WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? The Salesforce Administrator will join our Business Ops team and provide technical and functional support to end-users that effectively support their needs in a variety of ways. Over time, this role will be involved in various projects, integrations and system alignments.
WHY IS THIS EXCITING? VHL is a growth company. Our Business Operations team serves as the 'glue' between VHL departments and are focused elevating the quality, scalability, and effectiveness of our revenue-related operations.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Manage and prioritize ticket queue to effectively support the organization and achieve customer SLAs
- Serve as the Systems Administrator for the core suite of Business Operations-owned systems focused on VHL's CRM and marketing automation environment, including Salesforce, Marketo, and other sales or marketing related applications
- Manage the technical systems execution of ongoing Business Operations-owned processes, in partnership with the Senior Business Analyst and Revenue Operations Analyst
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Technology, and other teams to translate business requirements into new systems features, functionality, and processes
- Support additional Business Operations special projects or technical work as needed
YOU MUST HAVE or ARE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
- Salesforce Admin certification completed or in the process
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a Salesforce Administration role
- Experience providing customer and/or end-user support using a ticketing system
- Excellent technical and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience managing multiple competing long- and short-term priorities, problem-solving and thinking analytically
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
IDEAL IF YOU HAVE or ARE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
- Project management systems experience
- Advanced Certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder certifications, or equivalent Trailhead modules and badges)
- Experience with Flow and transitioning legacy automation
- Experience with Marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, etc.) and MarTech solutions
- Experience supporting custom code development (Apex, SOQL, LWC, etc.) in Salesforce
LOCATION
Hybrid: This role is considered ‘hybrid’ which requires a minimum of 2 days (Tuesday/Thursday) per week in our Boston, MA location. Ideal candidate will reside within a reasonable distance to Boston, MA.
Candidates must reside within the United States and be willing to meet this requirement in order to be considered. Relocation assistance is not available at this time.
