The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is looking for qualified applicants for part-time, non-tenure stream faculty to teach Nursing Informatics in the Department of Health and Community Systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Instructor – A) Master’s degree in nursing or a related field; B) Evidence of or potential for excellence in clinical and/or classroom teaching; C) Demonstrated expertise in the indicated area of nursing informatics; D) RN license in Pennsylvania.

Assistant Professor – A) An earned doctorate (Ph.D. or DNP) in nursing or a related field (with a graduate degree in nursing) is required. B) Evidence of or potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring and contributing to a learning environment that values diversity. C) Demonstrated expertise in the area of nursing informatics or expertise in a related substantive area. D) Evidence of potential to produce scholarly work.
