Job Summary

The Research Mass Spectrometry Service Core is seeking a Research Analyst Principal to assist in performing wet chemistry bench work. The position duties will include liquid-liquid extraction, centrifugation, and aspiration to sample blowdown along with protein digestion, incubations, sample clean-up, and re-suspension. The Research Analyst Principal will be responsible for ensuring accurate and complete documentation of sample analyses, assisting in performance of all laboratory protocols, and extracting samples according to lab protocols and SOPs. This position will also be responsible for operating and performing routine maintenance tasks on LC-MS instruments. Assisting with administrative tasks related to laboratory operations.
