Job Summary
The Administrative Staff Officer II will oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of the CERH Business Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with University of Kentucky policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Constantly monitor the work environment for opportunities for improvement, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Accurately complete financial transactions for the CERH/NFVCHC.
- Act as hiring official on behalf of the CERH/NFVCHC to process hiring actions utilizing UK's Integrated Employment System platform.
- Promote and model excellent customer service.
- Monitor University and industry strategic plans, goals and objectives.
