Salary for the position is negotiable and will be commensurate with the successful candidate's education and experience.

Duties (a summary): The Head of School is the chief executive officer of the school and shall be directly responsible for carrying out the directives of the Board of Education. His or her primary responsibilities include, in part, recruiting and developing faculty and staff, managing the annual budget, screening potential students, providing direction in the areas of curriculum, setting the school schedule and calendar, managing the daily operations of the school, and implementing the policies of the school as developed by the Board of Education. Beliefs: The Head of School shall be a born-again believer and must subscribe, without reservation, to the school's statement of faith, core values, and philosophy of education. He/she shall be a Christian role model in the school and community.

Church membership: The Head of School is considered a member of the senior staff of the Breesport Baptist Church and, therefore, must be (or become) a member of the Breesport Baptist Church.
