Development Team Program Manager
Responsible for the project/program management of the comprehensive Development Team and fundraising programs that support Seattle Children's Foundation and Guild Association. Develop and implement, in collaboration with Foundation and Guild leadership, plans to support the evolution of the integrated Development Team including building reports, dashboards, managing budgets, overarching operating plan timelines and tasks and complex project management and oversight. Develop, implement and assess fundraising effectiveness across fundraising programs and constituencies. Employ project management methodologies in order to ensure proper task delegation, appropriate resource utilization, compliance with communication standards and attainment of milestones and timelines.
This new role collaborates and consults with Development Team leadership and Fundraising Program Leaders to build alignment and systems in support of a fully integrated development team. Responsible for project and program management of the Development Team, a team made up of fundraising programs including: annual giving, leadership annual giving, community programs, corporate giving, foundation giving, major giving, principal and transformational giving and legacy giving. This position is a part of the development leadership team and is a key partner to Fundraising Program Leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of creating and building systems for reporting and analytics, financial tracking, slide decks, presentations and to put project management tools in place for a comprehensive fundraising operating plan. Responsibilities also include proactively communicating project and program status reports, ensuring accuracy of reporting tools and management of development team meetings and priority topics.

This is a hybrid position that will be 60% in-office/in-field and 40% remote.

Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's or equivalent
- 5 years overall program coordination experience; including 3 years experience in a lead role overseeing program/project management.
- Experience developing strategic plans, operating plans, project management tools, reports and dashboards
- Experience managing complex budgets across programs
- Experience working across teams and stakeholders
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in organizational management, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- Experience in development and fundraising
- Experience with healthcare providers or social service organizations
- Project management experience in a health care provider organization
