Maintenance Technician

Join our Cottage Grove company as a full-time general maintenance technician. Your role will be critical in maintaining the operational integrity of our apartment buildings and other business locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance
• On call duties as needed
• Carry out repairs and upgrades
• Maintain compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License required
• At least 4 years of experience in maintenance
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle a variety of tools
