The Clinical Care Coach (Nurse Manager) will provide leadership and supervision to team members. This role will lead in coaching, supervising, directing, and coordinating the nursing services program on their floor to ensure excellence in the delivery of care for residents at the community. They will also be responsible for coordinating the development and completion of the resident assessment process and individualized plan of care and assisting with the overall systems and processes of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards and guidelines.
Requirements
You will need an in-state or compact state Registered Nurse License, knowledge, experience with geriatric or subacute nursing, medication, treatment administration, COMAR, CMS guidelines and office of health care quality. You will also need proven positive leadership skills, electronic medical records experience, and the ability to communicate, partner, coach, and counsel direct report team members.
