Administrative Assistant/PT
This position reports to the President and provides support services to a small team at a not for profit trade association involved in the cattle genetics industry. Responsibilities include general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member as well as processing materials for mailing along with updating outlook address book lists and update information on the company website. Scanning pertinent historical documents and update current files. This position also coordinates arrangements for the Board of Directors and various committee meetings.
Must have a working knowledge of MS Office programs including: MS Word, Excel, Photoshop, Adobe, Publisher and Power Point. Also must possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail and must possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills. The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments.
