Sales Manager
Manufacturer of motor oil and lubricants is looking for a Sales Manager. No experience in the lubricants business needed. The Sales Manager will be Responsible for leading the organization’s sales team, reporting directly to the CEO. Responsible to achieve the sales goals and quotas, and pushing their team to hit them. The main role also includes creating sales plans and analyzing data in order to increase sales and sales team performance.
The sales manager should be able to identify gaps in knowledge and provide the relevant sales training. If individual sales reps are struggling – or are new to the business – they should also provide one-to-one mentoring.
Motivating the sales team is a key part of the role of the sales manager and be able to manage key accounts and process requirements for oficial bid proposal.
For South Florida Area (English and Spanish). A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Sales .
Proactive and excellent team work skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
