Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties will include working in collaboration with undergraduate and/or graduate program chairs/directors to conduct admissions, course scheduling, course registration, maintain student files and databases using electronic systems including but not limited to Locus, DocFinity, GSPS, and Slate. In addition, the coordinator will support the program chairs in daily program operations (e.g., coordinating meetings, maintaining program documents, files and materials, and coordinating student communications).
The coordinator will assist and support with data collection and dissemination for licensure and accreditation reports as well as other reporting requirements using state and national accreditation/licensure systems.
The coordinator will assist with collecting student information needed for field-based placements (e.g., background checks, TB testing); assist with annual student reviews and review of dispositions; and coordinate process for student major benchmarks such as comprehensive exams, portfolios, dissertations, and graduation, including informing both faculty and students about important dates and processes; and review handbooks and other program documents, and complete other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience preferred. Additional Education or Experience may be required by department program.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and at least two to three years of related experience required.
- Masters degree in higher education or a related field
- Experience with study abroad and/or international programs
- Experience working in a University academic unit (e.g., school or college)
- Experience working with academic programs that have licensure and/or accreditation requirements
