System Director Total Rewards
We are looking for an proven leader to serve as System Director of Total Rewards, overseeing compensation, benefit processes, metrics and analytical growth across the Logan Health System.
This position will focus on strategy, technology and automation of the Human Resources (HR) compensation and benefit processes. This role is responsible for demonstrating thought leadership on the development and implementation of total rewards methodologies and approaches. Analyzes employment structures, benefit programs, and performance incentives and serves as an independent subject matter expert to provide an excellent rewards and compensation experience for all Logan Health (LH) employees.
Logan Health Medical Center is located in scenic Kalispell, Montana. We are a short drive to Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain, Flathead Lake, and surrounded by endless recreation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one (1) of the following required:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, health administration, accounting, finance, or a related field and three (3) years' experience leading strategic compensation and benefit programs.
- PHR/SHRM-CP, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or CCP certification and five (5) years' experience leading strategic compensation and benefit programs
- Minimum of seven (7) years' experience leading strategic compensation and benefit programs.
- Minimum of seven (7) years' leadership experience required. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Job Specific Duties:
- Directs the review, design, implementation, and communication of Logan Health's compensation and benefit policies and programs. Partners with LH leadership to ensure a competitive and effectively administered total rewards program. Responsible for proper reporting on key compensation and benefit metrics.
- Responsible for developing and administering compensation and benefit programs including Executive compensation and total rewards programs.
- Responsible for developing and managing job structure, job descriptions, job code, and levels.
- Oversees the review, selection, and administration of all benefit programs, to include; health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, leave of absence benefits, career development, and rewards and recognition benefits.
- Responsible for overall administration of benefits, claims analysis, strategic plan design, financial analysis, and annual open enrollment.
- Maintains strong vendor relationships and identifies when to engage to address questions or resolve issues. Audits, verifies and reconciles vendor bills and authorized payments.
- Participates and leads compliance with internal policies and government regulations. Ensures integrity of employee compensation and benefit data in HRIS.
- Oversees leave administration, including ADA, FMLA and other time away from work.
