Service Manager
Lifestyle Electronics is a leading residential focused smart home systems integrator seeking an experienced service manager to lead our service department based in beautiful resort town of Park City, Utah delivering audio / video distributed systems, theatre, shades, lighting, surveillance and security solutions. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our service department leading our customer service representatives and schedulers in the office and service technicians in the field. The Service Manager is responsible for the overall execution and performance of the service department to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. The Service Manager is responsible to achieve revenue goals with a proven playbook to yield high sales conversion and high average sales per opportunity. The Service Manager will work to protect the reputation of the business with a focus on providing very high quality and responsive service, keeping in mind the overall core values of Lifestyle Electronics.

Salary: $104,000+ Supplemental: Periodic performance bonus

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Participate in the leadership team strategic planning process. • Supervises the activities and performance of all service department team members. • Provides leadership, support and accountability to our team members and customers. • Monitoring of key performance metrics to ensure goals are met • Providing accurate and timely forecasting and performance data to management • Leading the service sales process with key customer visits and sales calls • Plans, organizes, manages, schedules, and controls all daily service activities. • Supports the all hiring, recruiting, retention and training needs for service staff. • Supports an effective service organization committed to customer and employee satisfaction and profitable growth. • Establishes goals and development plans for all direct reports. • Coordinate with all departments related to service activities. • Works with operations team on install-to-service turnovers. • Follows up on customer satisfaction issues and drives resolution. • Ensure that fair and effective performance measures are assigned, and that employees are motivated to achieve and / or exceed their assigned goals and objectives utilizing sound management tools and practices.
QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • 3 – 5 years of service manager’s experience in electrical, low voltage and/or system integration solutions • Possession of valid driver’s license required • Proficient with MS Office Suite • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. • Must be able to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. • Must be detail-oriented and organized. • Strong, planning and reporting skills. • Possess excellent verbal, written communication and follow-up skills. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and influence others. • Passion for customer service and attention to detail Lifestyle Electronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
