Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager - Belmont, W.I.: Oversee & manage daily maintenance functions in support of the plant & supervise the maintenance team. Responsible for hiring, promoting & terminating employment. Apply standards (costs & budget) in accordance with the budget framework. Monitor Work orders, PM’s, Expense Budget, & organize the team’s output. Plan & schedule manpower consistent with maintenance requirements. Work with OSHA, FDA, & USDA inspectors on new projects & analyze occupational hazards in accordance with OSHA/Safety Policy. Ensure maintenance team follows Food Safety Management System & maintain the FSSC 22000 system. Req. a Master’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering or related plus two years experience as a Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Engineer.
