Research Scientist II

Research Scientist II - Belmont, W.I.: Manage technical & operations staff on a variety of projects. Introduce new products or processes into production developed in the Research & Development Group. Organize plant trials, interpreting the results and assisting in process development. Work with plant operations & engineering in conducting feasibility studies pertaining to new product development and product improvement. Research all aspects of manufacturing of the company products.  Explore & evaluate ways to improve all aspects of production. Provide training & development of R&D Technicians.  Req. traveling up to 50% of the time. Req. a Master’s degree (or U.S. equiv) in Dairy or Food Science plus one yr. of exp. as a Research Scientist, Quality Assurance Officer, or Graduate Research Assistant.
