Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant at our firm. Potential of two different hirings: a seasonal from December 2024 through April 2025 or a full-time, growth-potential candidate that would be full-time during tax season and flexible/full-time during summer.
- Answering the phones
- Greeting people as they come in
- Scheduling virtual and in person meetings through Outlook
- Maintaining adequate amounts of office supplies and tax forms
- Ordering and potentially picking up lunch for office meetings
- Organizing, scanning and filing paperwork
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Pulling files
- Creating files and folders as needed
- Providing administrative support to our accounting and tax team
- Maintaining a positive attitude and good customer relationships
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to procedural changes to induce efficiency
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
- Must be a team player
