Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant at our firm.  Potential of two different hirings:  a seasonal from December 2024 through April 2025 or a full-time, growth-potential candidate that would be full-time during tax season and flexible/full-time during summer.

  • Answering the phones
  • Greeting people as they come in
  • Scheduling virtual and in person meetings through Outlook
  • Maintaining adequate amounts of office supplies and tax forms
  • Ordering and potentially picking up lunch for office meetings
  • Organizing, scanning and filing paperwork
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Pulling files
  • Creating files and folders as needed
  • Providing administrative support to our accounting and tax team
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and good customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to procedural changes to induce efficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
  • Must be a team player
