Jireh is a growing construction company seeking experienced construction workers to join our team. We specialize in Asphalt, Concrete and Landscaping services. We do commercial, residential projects and are looking for hardworking individuals who are committed to quality work and safety.

Bilingual is a plus English/Spanish

Responsibilities:

Perform various construction tasks, including but not limited to demolition, framing (concrete forms), pouring concrete, laying Asphalt, pavers, etc.
Operate hand and power tools and other construction equipment.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations and building codes.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in construction.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. (This is a plus)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
