Location: St. Louis, MO
The Senior Human Resources Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role. Proactive advisor and coach that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the Florida and St. Louis sites (approximately 200 employees).
This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, driving cultural transformation, being a trusted business partner with sharp critical and analytical thinking that brings solutions, enhancing individual and team effectiveness and boosting manager accountability. The successful candidates will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Teams, providing input, with strong influence and counsel on HR related issues to successfully meet the business objectives.
- Change Leader known for mobilizing and enabling business leaders to drive organizational change for increased employee engagement, retention, and business growth
- Strong utilization of data analytics to identify root causes and design applicable business
- solutions.
- Drive key Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives
- Advise on and manage organizational design and team effectiveness projects
- Provide counsel, advice and recommendations to managers ensuring proper handling of constructive employee relations including coaching, counseling, discipline, policy adherence, and performance management with the goal to increase manager and employee accountability.
- Implementation of HR best practices to enable short and long term business strategies.
- A true hands-on approach that develops strong relationships with stakeholders and employees allowing accurate insights around the engagement, moral and "pulse" of the organization.
- Proactively and properly manage employee complaints, ensuring investigations are documented and concluded with resolution and in accordance with relevant policies and laws.
- Active contributor to the overall HRBP Operations Team ensuring continuity of support, NAM consistency and best practices.
- Partner with regional HR Centers of Excellence to implement integrated people and organization solutions, e.g., onboarding, benefits, leadership development, staffing/sourcing, benchmarking, reward and recognition, training, and employee data integrity.

- Must have 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience is preferred (with increasing responsibilities, scope and capabilities). HR Generalist experience specifically in a Manufacturing (Supply Chain) environment.
- Must have a solid understanding of federal and State employment laws, with the ability to communicate and act on them clearly and timely.
- Proven track record for driving transformational change, employee engagement/retention and enhancing HR/People initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Business acumen and critical thinking to recommend new approaches to ensure high-performance and continuous improvement.
- Must have excellent verbal presentation skills, with strong communication capabilities in small and large group settings
- Keen interest and willingness to work hand-in-hand, creating strong connections, with employees and managers side-by-side on the shop floor to provide solutions.
- Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced /complex environment with a solutions based mindset
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities with a results orientation mindset.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excel is a must.
- Ease of working with HR systems, SAP experience advantageous.
- Travel approximately 10% to support Lakeland Florida site

Requirements:
- REQUIRED - Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications or similar field of study.
