Landscape Maintenance

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year landscape Crew Leader experience ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes
• Experience in landscape maintenance
• Ability to balance accountability with inspiration to delight our clients
• Commitment to safety and process improvement
• A degree or courses in horticulture is a plus
• A Wisconsin Cat 3 Pesticide license or willingness to obtain is important
• Valid WI driver's license with responsible driving record

Responsibilities

This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training and complete maintenance projects.

• Maintain lawns through mowing and trimming
• Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees
• Apply fertilizer and pesticides as needed
• Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks
• Conduct spring and fall cleanups
• Lawn care application
• Enhancement construction projects

Compensation

• Compensation for this hourly position is based on experience.
