Description
1. Campus Recruitment (40%): Drives the management and scheduling of company recruiting activities within a subset of industries, including in-person and virtual campus recruitment programs, events, and career treks. Supervises scheduling, logistics, and budgets for recruitment activities (e.g., information sessions, office hours, interviews, etc.), including assigning tasks to support staff. Serves as a primary point of contact for campus recruiters and anticipates and deals with scheduling, logistical, and other issues and challenges.

2. Relationship Management (30%): Builds, strengthens, and manages relationships with key recruiters in a subset of industries. Serves as first point of contact for industry-specific companies interested in recruiting Tuck students; evaluates company plans vs. anticipated levels of interest and advises companies accordingly, seeking to obtain optimum opportunity for Tuck students.

3. Collaborative Recruiting Programming (15%): Supports logistical and fiscal planning and implementation of the interview forums and other multi-school events, student career clubs, career treks, and other activities associated with achieving student recruitment priorities. Maintains, applies, and shares current knowledge of and insights into the challenges, opportunities, and trends associated with MBA recruitment. Engages with professional associations and peer school groups to learn about and support innovations in MBA recruitment.

Career Services Initiatives (15%): Manages recruiting-related projects and assignments. involving other Tuck offices, including the MBA Program Office for event scheduling, and Communications for maintaining recruiting-related website content. Supports and presents at a series of mandatory recruiting workshops for all first-year students participating in on-campus recruiting programs, including design, delivery, and follow-up counseling. Contributes ideas, proposals, consultation, feedback, and support to career services initiatives and team projects.

- Experience taking initiative, exercising sound judgment and working independently.
- Experience working with numerous stakeholders, building and maintaining professional relationships and delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Able to work limited evening hours in support of programs on a cyclical basis

- Knowledge of the MBA hiring marketplace and MBA career services principles, practices, professional standards, and technology gained through a bachelor's or master's degree in business, continuing education and professional development, and/or relevant work experience.
