Columbia University is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Manager to join its Finance & Administration Team. The Technical Systems Manager supports the Transact Campus and Cloud POS system integrations, security, expansion, upgrades, user permissions, deployment, and routine maintenance and refreshing of the integrated campus payments, commerce ecosystem, and point-of-sale devices. The Technical Systems Manager is responsible for the support, integration, and expansion of the StarRez housing resident management and Persona card/door access control systems used by Columbia Housing in approximately 40 buildings, with approximately 3,900 rooms and 4,385 doors.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. A minimum of 5 years’ related technical experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment required.
