Assistant Service Manager/Service Writer
Clausen Automotive has been providing quality car care in Madison, WI since 1975. We are a family owned business providing honest and professional auto repair and auto maintenance services to the people of Madison and surrounding communities. Our ASE-certified technicians at Clausen Automotive employ today’s latest automotive technology and are equipped to handle all major and minor repairs on foreign and domestic vehicles.
We are currently looking to add an Assistant Service Manager/Service Writer to our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist our customers with their vehicle issue's and needs.
- Assist the service manager with work orders, estimates, work flow, schedule work
- Serve as the main link between our customers and the Technicians performing repairs on their vehicles.
- Interact with customers, listen to their question's and concerns and provide timely responses
- Monday thru Friday , no weekends
- Above average salary
- Will train the right person
