The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for the Registrar at Baker College of Owosso. The Administrative Assistant will support students, managers, and employees on campus with superior customer service. An Administrative Assistant must effectively communicate via phone and email to ensure all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Knowledgeable and proficient in computer skills, which allows for the use of computer related technology
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to secure confidential material, as needed
- Possess excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Process Official/Unofficial Transcript Requests
- Process information requests
- Process monthly diploma order
- Answer phone for Office of the Registrar
- Provide other needed support for Office of the Registrar

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree from accredited college or university required.
- Microsoft Office/Google Docs experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of office administrative experience preferred.
- Experience in a college/university Registrar's Office preferred.
