Position: Paralegal

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000

Location: Fully Remote

4 day Work Week (Monday-Thursday)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our
team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with a wide range
of legal tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paralegal to contribute
their expertise in a flexible and collaborative work environment.


Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of topics, including case law, statutes,
regulations, and legal precedents.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal
correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, depositions, and corporate meetings by
organizing case materials, exhibits, and trial binders.
Manage case files, documents, and records in compliance with legal and confidentiality
requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
to gather information and provide updates on case status.
Support attorneys with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing
calendars, and coordinating meetings and conference calls.
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm, corporate legal
department, or similar setting.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software, including LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Microsoft
Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal
concepts clearly and concisely.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
and deadlines effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Paralegal certification or completion of an accredited paralegal program preferred.
Knowledge of specific practice areas such as litigation, criminal law, and personal injury
is a plus.
