Director of Customer Experience Recruitment Profile
The Position
The Capital Region Airport Commission / Richmond International Airport (RIC) is searching for a proven, engaging, innovative, and customer-centric professional to serve as the leader and developer of a new division as the Director of Customer Experience (Director). Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this person will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the daily division operations, programs, and engagement on behalf of the airport, including the Building Services division, which will report under this Director. Candidates should have a proven track record of leadership, a working knowledge of division best practices, program and training development, building services operations logistics, and the ability to establish and execute on goals to achieve the airport's Serve 2025 strategic plan.
